Powderfall Keynote Speaker - Erik Weihenmayer
NSP is honored to present Erik Weihenmayer as the Keynote Speaker at Powerfall. Erik is best known for his incredible mountaineering achievements, notably the first blind person to reach the summit of Mount Everest in 2001. He has also climbed the Seven Summits, the highest peaks on each of the seven continents.
Beyond mountaineering, Erik is an accomplished author, speaker, and co-founder of No Barriers USA, a non-profit organization that helps people with challenges and disabilities to break through barriers.
We are also thrilled to announce Chris Anthony will be at Powderfall. He will introduce his film Mission Mt. Mangartabout the heroic 10th Mountain Division as well as answer any questions. Do not miss this fascinating true story about Camp Hale and the soldiers of the 10th Mountain Division.
Chris has starred in more than 20 Warren Miller films, and skied epic destinations. He is also a member of the Colorado Snowsports Hall of Fame.
